Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing SUR-ID.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with the SUR-ID Services (as defined in your Subscription License Agreement) you may cancel your subscription at any time upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to SUR-ID. You will not be entitled to a refund of any amounts previously paid and shall remain responsible for all charges incurred under your subscription until its termination. For the avoidance of doubt, You remain responsible for the condition and return of the Kiosk at the end of your subscription term. Failure to return the Kiosk or return of a damaged Kiosk shall result in a charge of $2,499.00.
